Job Overview: HR Operations Coordinator at Inland Respite, Inc.

Inland Respite, Inc. is committed to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. We are in search of an HR Operations Coordinator to enhance our workforce.

Role Overview:
The HR Operations Coordinator will handle a variety of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, communication within the organization, disciplinary actions, policy distribution, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment, interviews, and selection processes for care provider roles
- Facilitate orientations and training sessions for new care providers
- Execute exit interviews in a timely manner
- Oversee care providers' employment documentation and certifications
- Maintain precise personnel records and manage personnel updates
- Review and verify care providers' timecards
- Assist with employee incident reporting and compliance with labor laws
- Provide support to care providers regarding HR and employee relations matters
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety regulations

Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Competence in MS Office and various digital tools
- Relevant experience in human resources and familiarity with employment legislation
- Strong organizational and analytical skills

Additional Responsibilities:
- Support various administrative functions as required
- Assist with workers' compensation claims and on-the-job training initiatives
