Responsabilidades:
  • Asistir al Gerente de RRHH con la nómina, relaciones laborales y cumplimiento normativo.
  • Proporcionar orientación sobre políticas y procedimientos de RRHH.
  • Gestionar solicitudes de vacaciones y mantener registros precisos.
  • Manejar conflictos laborales y acciones disciplinarias.
  • Apoyar procesos de nómina certificada y la inscripción en beneficios.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y salud laboral.
  • Colaborar en estrategias de gestión del rendimiento.
  • Impartir programas de capacitación para empleados.
  • Mantener registros de empleados actualizados y precisos.
  • Estar al tanto de las leyes laborales y recomendar mejoras.
  • Actuar como recurso para los empleados.
Requisitos:
  • Título de asociado en Recursos Humanos o campo relacionado.
  • 2 años de experiencia en RRHH en el sector de diseño arquitectónico.
