Role Summary:
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of human resources functions including talent acquisition, onboarding processes, internal communications, disciplinary actions, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes for care providers
- Assist in the orientation and training of new care providers
- Conduct timely exit interviews
- Oversee the management of care providers' employment records and certifications
- Maintain up-to-date personnel files and manage personnel changes
- Review and verify care providers' timecards
- Support employee incident reporting and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Address HR-related inquiries and employee relations matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Cal-OSHA standards

Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong skills in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools
- Relevant experience in human resources and understanding of employment legislation
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills

Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with various administrative tasks as required
- Support worker's compensation processes and on-the-job training initiatives
