EFD Client Support Specialist II

We are seeking an **EFD Customer Service Specialist II** to join our team.

**Position Summary**
The EFD Customer Service Specialist II is responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Handle incoming customer calls with courtesy and professionalism.
2. Investigate and respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels including phone, fax, mail, and email.
3. Record and process customer changes accurately.
4. Provide customers with relevant technical and product information.
5. Research and resolve customer complaints and billing discrepancies.
6. Follow up with customers regarding their issues or orders as necessary.
7. Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality.
8. Communicate customer issues effectively to internal teams.
9. Document all interactions and actions taken in the customer database.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
**Additional Responsibilities**
Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
1. Basic knowledge of systems and procedures gained through prior experience or education.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
3. Vocational or technical education may be beneficial.
**Education Requirements**
High School Diploma or GED is required.
**Required Skills**
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
2. Understanding of leasing, insurance, and UCCs.
3. Strong customer service skills.
4. Ability to manage administrative and technical tasks.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
8. Attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
9. Capability to perform clerical functions and basic accounting tasks.
10. Effective communication with diverse individuals.
