Job Overview

iMPact Business Group is seeking a Senior Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction within our organization. You will have the chance to collaborate with a group of dedicated professionals in a supportive and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishes and maintains direct communication with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Assists the sales department by fostering and sustaining positive relationships with customers, significantly impacting service and product revenue.
  • Collaborates with various teams to achieve sales targets related to maintenance services.
  • Engages with customers and distributors to accurately assess equipment issues and provides management with detailed reports.
  • Focus may include pre-sales, post-sales, or both.
  • Pre-sales: Addresses customer inquiries to identify suitable product information and pricing; influences production and shipping timelines; suggests pricing adjustments based on customer relationships; identifies new business opportunities.
  • Post-sales: Handles customer inquiries regarding returns, order status, and delivery.
  • Resolves issues related to production scheduling, shipping, or invoicing; evaluates warranty claims and organizes repair resources; adjusts production and shipping timelines; identifies additional business opportunities.
Qualifications

Essential Skills
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Must possess the following skills:
    • 1. Analytical skills - experience in data analysis to address challenges and enhance processes.
    • 2. Strong organizational abilities.
    • 3. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
    • 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • 5. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and various functions.
