We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at BNP Paribas Bank NV. As an EFD Customer Service Specialist II, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

**Job Summary**

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for receiving, recording, and reconciling internal and external customer service inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Respond to and investigate customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, and mail in a timely and courteous manner.

• Receive, record, and route customer changes in an appropriate manner.

• Answer customer inquiries and provide technical and/or product-related information.

• Research and resolve customer complaints and/or billing issues.

• Contact customers when necessary to follow-up on customer issues or orders.

• Obtain customer feedback information.

• Effectively communicate customer issues and concerns to all applicable internal staff members.

• Document all contacts, actions, and responses in customer database.

• Maintain working knowledge of products and/or services.

• Prepare reports and correspondence as needed.

**Requirements**

• Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.

• Requires 3 years minimum experience.

• May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience.

• High School Diploma or GED Required.

• Computer skills in Word and Excel.

• Knowledge of leasing, insurance, and UCCs.

• Customer Service.

• Filing UCC continuations, assignments, and terminations.

• Reviewing insurance certificates and its requirements.

• Administrative/Technical Skills.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Commitment to excellence and high standards.

• Strong organizational skills; prioritize and self-manage workflow.

• Work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Acute attention to detail.

• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

• Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.

• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.
