**Position Summary**

The EFD Customer Service Specialist II is responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  2. Investigate and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues through various communication channels including phone, fax, mail, and email.
  3. Document and process customer changes accurately.
  4. Provide relevant technical and product-related information to customers.
  5. Research and resolve customer complaints and billing discrepancies.
  6. Follow up with customers regarding their issues or orders as necessary.
  7. Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality.
  8. Communicate customer issues effectively to internal teams.
  9. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the database.
  10. Stay informed about products and services to assist customers effectively.
  11. Prepare reports and correspondence as required.

**Additional Responsibilities**

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, along with a basic understanding of systems and procedures gained through prior work experience or education. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, and vocational or technical education may be beneficial.

**Skills Required**

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of leasing, insurance, and UCCs.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience with filing UCC continuations, assignments, and terminations.
  • Ability to review insurance certificates and understand their requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow independently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
