Client Support Specialist

Position: Client Support Specialist
Employment Type: Contract (40 hours per week)
Language Requirement: Fluency in French required
Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM EST, Monday – Friday
As a vital member of the Client Support team, you will address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to accounts payable. Your responsibilities will include handling phone calls and responding to chats and emails regarding accounts payable and billing matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries and issues.
- Manage telephone and chat interactions with confidence, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.
- Work independently or collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment.
- Proficient in computer and phone operations, with the ability to navigate web-based applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
