Job Summary: The Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our stakeholders, including candidates, contract employees, clients, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding Support:
    Assist in the onboarding process for candidates and clients, ensuring compliance with necessary documentation and providing guidance on pre-employment paperwork.
  • Compliance Management:

  • Lifecycle Management:
    Act as a point of contact for contractor inquiries, facilitating communication to resolve payroll and invoicing issues efficiently.
  • Operational Support:
    Deliver outstanding front office customer service and collaborate with talent acquisition to manage internal onboarding processes.
  • Administrative Support:
    Maintain high levels of administrative support for all employees, addressing process and technology-related inquiries.
  • Communication Liaison:
    Serve as the primary contact between field office producers and corporate teams, fostering partnerships and driving collaboration.
  • Office Management:
    Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and purchasing processes to ensure smooth operations.
