Role Overview: In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting innovative fundraising initiatives that strengthen community contributions for our affiliated charities. The Client Support Specialist will be instrumental in executing direct marketing campaigns and engaging with individuals to advocate for our clients' missions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Donor Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential donors during fundraising events to drive charitable contributions for our clients.
  • Continuous Learning: Gain comprehensive knowledge of marketing strategies and engage in ongoing professional development through training opportunities.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Participate in daily meetings focused on understanding client needs and brainstorming strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Client Relationship Maintenance: Stay updated on our charity partners' missions and follow up with potential donors to reinforce connections.
  • Resolution of Concerns: Address and resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and trust in our services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside various teams to address inquiries and requests from our charity clients, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • While experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred to effectively manage relationships.
  • A strong desire to contribute to the community by supporting charitable initiatives is essential.
  • Willingness to participate in in-person meetings and training sessions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both small and large groups.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with other team members.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and a readiness to assist colleagues are highly valued.
