Position Overview:
We are seeking a Mortgage Servicing Customer Care Coordinator II to handle a variety of servicing tasks and support functions within the designated unit. This position requires effective coordination of information among internal teams and external clients, addressing servicing challenges, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responds to phone inquiries and assists clients with servicing questions
- Facilitates the setup of Automatic Payment Drafts
- Prepares necessary Lien Release documentation
- Addresses standard to moderately complex servicing challenges
- Reviews incoming tasks and engages relevant resources
- Modifies mortgage information as required
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of unit policies and procedures
- Serves as an escalation point and identifies opportunities for operational enhancements
Additional Responsibilities:
Completes other assigned duties as necessary
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience with a foundational understanding of systems and procedures is required.
Vocational or technical education may be necessary in addition to work experience.
Educational Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of unit products, policies, and processes
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking operations
