Key Responsibilities
  • Establishes and maintains direct communication with clients before and after sales transactions.
  • Assists the sales team by fostering and sustaining positive relationships with customers, significantly impacting service and product revenues.
  • Collaborates with various departments to achieve sales objectives related to maintenance services.
  • Engages with customers and distributors to accurately report equipment failures and provide management with detailed reports.
  • Focuses on both pre-sale and post-sale activities.
  • Pre-sale: Addresses customer inquiries to identify suitable product information and pricing; influences production and shipping timelines; suggests pricing adjustments based on client relationships; identifies new business opportunities.
  • Post-sale: Handles customer inquiries regarding returns, order status, and delivery.
  • Resolves issues related to production scheduling, shipping, or invoicing; assesses warranty claims and organizes repair resources; adjusts production and shipping timelines; identifies opportunities for additional business.
Qualifications

Essential Skills
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Must possess the following skills:
    • 1. Analytical skills with experience in data-driven problem-solving and process development.
    • 2. Strong organizational abilities.
    • 3. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
    • 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • 5. Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables and various functions.
