  • Collaborative Innovation: Take part in daily meetings focused on understanding client needs and brainstorming effective strategies to enhance campaign results.
  • Client Relationship Maintenance: Stay updated on our charity partners' missions and follow up with potential donors to strengthen relationships.
  • Resolution of Concerns: Address and resolve client inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and trust in our services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside various teams to address inquiries and requests from our nonprofit clients, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • While experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred to effectively manage relationships.
  • A strong desire to contribute to the community by supporting charitable initiatives is essential.
  • Willingness to participate in in-person meetings and training sessions.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with both small and large groups.
  • Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and a readiness to assist team members.
