Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as an Accounting Systems Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal stakeholders, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Sage Intacct environment, and working closely with our project teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to the Sage Intacct environment, including configuration, data import/export, and other technical issues.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, including providing input on project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and optimize system performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of Sage Intacct products and services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve system performance and optimize processes.
