A Clinical Support Specialist in our organization will play a vital role in assisting healthcare providers to maintain an efficient daily schedule. Responsibilities include supporting procedures, preparing examination rooms, documenting patient interactions, measuring vital signs, coordinating surgical appointments, and more. Each provider is supported by a dedicated team of Clinical Support Specialists who deliver outstanding care to our patients and collaborate on daily tasks.

Qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited educational institution or possess relevant experience as a Registered Medical Assistant.
- Current CMA certification in Washington State or demonstrate the necessary skills for an RMA.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hiring.
- Previous experience in dermatology is preferred but not mandatory; we offer extensive training and often collaborate with students.
- A motivated, self-starting team player.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong desire for continuous learning.
- Scribe experience is a plus but not required.
- This position is safety sensitive.
Job Type: Full-time
Equipment Used: Standard medical examination and office equipment.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and endure prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Experience as a Medical Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
- Scribe experience or willingness to learn.
- Proficient office skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and phone communication.
- Attention to detail in typing and filing.
- Strong customer service abilities.
Licensure:
- Current Washington State Medical Assistant or equivalent certification.

Starting Pay: $30.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
