Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Logicalis. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues with PC hardware and software applications
  • Support clients with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7, Windows 10) and Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365)
  • Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices, including email sync
  • Handle a high volume of technical issues efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Utilize Active Directory database to reset network passwords
  • Assist clients with adding and changing network printers
  • Provide technical support for VPN connectivity issues
  • Control clients' computers using remote access tools
  • Troubleshoot remote access connectivity problems

Requirements:

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
  • Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
  • 1 year experience in a call center or service desk environment
  • Knowledge of various PC hardware and software applications, including Operating Systems, Office 365 Support, User creations/terminations, End-user self-service tools, Cloud support, multiple device data syncing, ServiceNow or other ticketing systems, and Internet Service Provider (ISP) support
  • Effective troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Experience navigating a knowledgebase
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong technical and client interaction skills
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow through with tasks, projects, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision
  • Excellent oral, written, technical, and business communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
