Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Sales Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our post-sales support team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions to our accounting firm and mid-market business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the accounting needs and implications of small and mid-market businesses, as well as the technical requirements of our products.
  • Lead technical discussions with accounting firms, partners, and mid-market businesses to brainstorm solutions and determine technical feasibility.
  • Manage systems integration and integration consulting, including discovery, solution development, vetting, and prioritization.
  • Serve as a design and implementation consultant/expert to accounting firms and mid-market businesses, providing technical expertise and guidance on workflows and user experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams, including business development, product management, platform engineering, partnership, and business units, to drive tangible results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven 5+ years in the accounting industry and SaaS partner organizations, with experience in complex solutions, SaaS offerings, and technical environments.
  • Strong technology and business experience, preferably working with partners and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical orientation, with the ability to identify root causes of issues, develop recommendations, and influence others to drive change.
  • Demonstrated communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to influence and work cross-functionally.
  • Strong understanding of small and mid-market business needs and their accounting implications.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical and other findings across organizational levels to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivating, tenacious, and balanced individual who brings a 'can-do' motivation.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and skills.
  • Partner and client-focused, with a passion for delivering the best possible customer experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel.
