Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support for Elevate IC products to our global clientele
    • Serve as the technical liaison between clients and the manufacturing team
    • Assist clients with troubleshooting at both device and system levels
    • Analyze client circuit schematics and code segments
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to facilitate the transition of new products from concept to production, including new product definition, bench validation, and technical documentation generation
  • Conduct bench testing and analysis to address client inquiries and troubleshooting challenges, replicating client observations and providing guidance on utilizing Elevate components
  • Oversee external vendors for PCB fabrication and assembly, ensuring proper maintenance of hardware documentation
  • Create technical documentation for Elevate products, including datasheets, product manuals, application notes, and other materials to support the integration of these devices into client systems
  • Assist in failure, quality, and reliability assessments in collaboration with the operations team
  • Coordinate with the sales team throughout the sales process
  • Provide product recommendations for new client designs
  • Support on-site client visits to promote Elevate IC products

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
  • Relevant experience with a proven history of success in similar positions
  • Proficient in using electronic bench equipment with hands-on laboratory experience, including troubleshooting, probing, and analyzing silicon with both custom and standard equipment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong capability in system and circuit-level troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of transistor-level circuits
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with programming languages
