Position Summary: To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will report directly to the Sales Director for the Americas and is open to remote candidates across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales process, from initial prospecting through negotiation to closing, with a strong emphasis on achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
- Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our warehouse automation offerings to effectively convey their benefits and value to prospective clients.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations to comprehend their needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with the technical team to present and demonstrate our solutions, delivering tailored pre-sales proposals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities within our CRM system.
- Identify, cultivate, and oversee large strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, which may involve conducting market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint opportunities and challenges, setting clear sales goals, and creating actionable plans with timelines.
- Support and develop Channel Partners.
- Occasional travel for client meetings and trade shows may be required.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of sales experience in sectors such as distribution, order fulfillment, manufacturing, e-commerce, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Interest in a fast-paced, multicultural, and multilingual work environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, PowerBI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD.
