- Driving revenue growth by optimizing the effectiveness of the Customer Success team and implementing impactful changes.

You will excel in this role if you possess:
- Demonstrated experience leading a Customer Success team in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- A strong background in automation, with a focus on data-driven leadership to enhance team efficiency.
- A proactive mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic and challenging atmosphere.
- A proven track record of achieving customer retention and renewal targets in a high-growth context.
- A data-oriented approach to decision-making.
- Experience with Gainsight.
- Familiarity with working in diverse teams across various countries and time zones.
- Background in a remote work setting.
- Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
- Knowledge of Fintech or HRtech sectors.
- Multilingual abilities.
