Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess current client scenarios, simplifying existing models and data while implementing processes within the company's framework.
  • Conduct thorough business analyses to identify challenges, opportunities, and solutions, focusing on areas such as budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and standard reporting.
  • Oversee, interpret, and validate all customer-generated data, prioritizing the enhancement of customer care quality.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for process improvements to optimize current practices and maximize outcomes.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, gather requirements, and ensure robust financial reporting support.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a related customer-facing role, with a background in finance or accounting.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities, including formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex modeling.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, capable of engaging with CFOs, VPs, Directors of Finance, and other key stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
