Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager specializing in product implementation, you will oversee the onboarding process for clients and provide ongoing support throughout their journey with us.

Your responsibilities will include advising finance professionals ranging from middle management to C-suite executives, tailoring their Datarails experience, and delivering training on product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess current client scenarios, simplifying models and existing data while implementing processes and client data within our system.
  • Conduct comprehensive business analyses to identify challenges, opportunities, and solutions for our clients, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, planning, financial modeling, and standard reporting.
  • Oversee, interpret, and validate all customer-generated data, prioritizing the enhancement of customer care quality.
  • Provide insights for potential process improvements to optimize current practices and maximize outcomes.
  • Establish long-term strategic relationships with clients, gather requirements, and ensure effective financial reporting support.

Qualifications:
1-2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a similar client-facing role, complemented by a background in finance or accounting.

Proficient knowledge and experience in advanced Excel functionalities (formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Table, Power Query, and complex models) are essential.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are crucial, as this role involves managing business relationships with CFOs, VPs, Directors of Finance, and other professionals from leading companies.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Compensation includes a target base salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 per year, influenced by various factors such as experience, skills, and location.
