Senior Customer Success Manager at Siteline Inc

At Siteline Inc, we are on the lookout for a Senior Customer Success Manager to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will have the chance to influence strategies and develop processes and tools aimed at scalability.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the Customer Success team to foster customer engagement, build relationships, enhance adoption, and ensure retention.
  • Providing coaching and mentorship to a team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Managing the post-sale customer journey, which encompasses support, renewals, and account management.
  • Formulating strategies, refining processes, and deploying tools to promote growth and operational efficiency.
  • Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators, delivering regular updates to leadership.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer insights are incorporated into strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success, with at least 4 years in SaaS management.
  • Proven expertise in developing and scaling customer success operations.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with an emphasis on process enhancement.
  • An analytical approach with a readiness to engage in hands-on execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including experience in presenting to varied audiences.
  • Experience with technology adoption in traditional sectors is advantageous.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Notion.
