Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Facilitate the effective onboarding and utilization of the Persefoni platform, ensuring clients recognize the value of our partnership.
  • Act as the primary liaison alongside your account team, maintaining clear communication with all client stakeholders.
  • Provide training and guidance to enhance the adoption of the Persefoni product.
  • Assist clients in their sustainability endeavors, navigating carbon accounting requirements through data management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the client journey with proactive engagement and resolution strategies.
  • Transform satisfied clients into advocates, measured through participation in reference calls, case studies, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Sales and Product, to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities.
  • Support clients in optimizing data sources and processes, enhancing automation of data flows to Persefoni.
  • Stay informed about new features and modules, ensuring you are ahead of upcoming developments.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in ESG performance, sustainability management, or environmental consulting.
  • Proven background in Customer Success Management or Account Management, preferably in the SaaS sector.
  • Adeptness in a fast-paced, global team environment.
  • Experience collaborating with various levels of seniority within client organizations.
  • Skills in technical training and user adoption.
  • Ability to navigate challenging discussions with tact and support.
  • Familiarity with Customer Success Software (e.g., ChurnZero, Gainsight) is advantageous.

Performance Indicators

Success in this role will be demonstrated by:

  • Your ability to articulate how Persefoni integrates carbon accounting standards within the first three months.
  • Your proficiency in the Persefoni platform and delivery of an exceptional onboarding experience within the first three months.
  • Your capability to track and report relevant client activities using Persefoni systems within the first three months.
  • Your effectiveness in maintaining high customer sentiment and identifying risk mitigation strategies within the first three months.

Job Type: Full-time, Exempt, Individual Contributor, Remote.
Compensation: Annual base salary commensurate with skills and experience, along with a generous benefits package including PTO, 401k matching, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and equity incentives.
