Role Overview: As a Senior Customer Success Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our utility clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful implementation and management of our programs, guiding clients through their journey with our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Advocacy: Act as the project lead for program launches, coordinating efforts among device partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with client objectives.
- Trusted Advisor: Develop a deep understanding of client goals and provide strategic guidance to help them achieve their targets. Collaborate with Sales to facilitate renewals and expansions within client accounts.
- Effective Communication: Present key insights and results to clients, ensuring clarity in technical and data-driven discussions. Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders to address ongoing needs and deliver timely solutions.
- Product Expertise: Cultivate a thorough knowledge of our services and offerings, enabling you to effectively communicate product capabilities and provide training to client teams.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5-7 years of experience in customer success or technology services, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an engaging manner.
- Proven track record of success with enterprise-level clients in the utility sector or related industries.
- Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- A data-driven mindset, with a knack for analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Experience in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.
