Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager specializing in implementation, you will oversee the onboarding process for clients and offer continuous support throughout their journey with us.
Your responsibilities will include advising finance professionals at various levels, from middle management to C-suite executives, tailoring their Datarails experience, and providing training on product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current client situations, simplifying existing models and data while implementing processes within the company’s framework.
- Conduct thorough business analyses to identify challenges, opportunities, and solutions, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and standard reporting.
- Oversee, interpret, and validate all customer-generated data, prioritizing the enhancement of customer care quality.
- Propose potential process improvements to optimize current practices and maximize outcomes.
- Establish and nurture long-term strategic relationships with clients, gathering requirements and ensuring effective financial reporting support.
Qualifications:
1-2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a similar client-facing role, complemented by a background in finance or accounting.
Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities (formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex models).
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as this role involves engaging with CFOs, VPs, Directors of Finance, and other key stakeholders from leading organizations.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Compensation includes a target base salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 per year, influenced by various factors such as experience, skills, and location.
