Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Aarons. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Sales Teams: Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Build Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Operational Support: Assist the General Manager with operational functions, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and store maintenance.
- Delivery Support: Assist with deliveries in the event a driver is not available, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience: Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
- License: Valid state driver's license and must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
- Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm
- Physical Demands: Able to perform physical job, including lifting to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
