We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Brother. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our customers in the Strategic Channel Partners market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales plans, forecasts, and resource allocation.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, highlighting key sales activities, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strong customer relationships.
  • Experience managing accounts in a defined region, preferably within a small-medium business market.
  • Knowledge of the printer/scanner/labeling market and associated products or similar industry.
  • Extensive understanding of computer peripheral products and solutions.
  • Knowledge of SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $94,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off.
