We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to lead our team in promoting and maximizing revenue for our membership spa and hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Sales and Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive plans to achieve revenue targets within our unique hospitality model.
  2. Lead and Motivate the Sales and Marketing Team: Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
  3. Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue partnerships, collaborations, and promotional events to drive sales growth.
  4. Establish and Maintain Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
  5. Oversee Marketing Collateral: Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
  6. Direct Online Presence: Optimize the hotel's website, engage with social media, and execute online advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  7. Market Analysis and Innovation: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  8. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with operations, wellness, fitness, spa, food & beverage, finance, and guest services teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  9. Monitor Sales Performance and Financial Metrics: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to track sales performance and financial growth.
  10. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Continuously seek ways to enhance CASCADA PDX's market position through industry research and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the hospitality industry, with a focus on luxury accommodations and spa services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
