We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to lead our team in promoting and maximizing revenue for our membership spa and hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales and Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive plans to achieve revenue targets within our unique hospitality model.
- Lead and Motivate the Sales and Marketing Team: Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
- Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue partnerships, collaborations, and promotional events to drive sales growth.
- Establish and Maintain Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the hospitality industry, with a focus on luxury accommodations and spa services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
