Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in a specified territory. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the efficient daily operation of assigned branches, including sales, operations, recruiting, and customer service. Your primary objective will be to promote a sales and service culture through effective coaching, guidance, and staff motivation, while achieving sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and relationship retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop branch staff through selling techniques, marketing ideas, and lead generation.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives for branches, working with internal channels to promote and maximize sales opportunities while ensuring compliance.
  • Monitor sales goals and activities, analyzing trends and communicating best practices to branch managers and sales teams.
  • Maintain a high level of internal and external appearance for customers, adhering to company brand standards.
  • Act as a resource to branch managers, sales teams, and loan officers, providing expertise on company products, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Five+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in the mortgage industry.
