About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Health Services to join our team at Sinceri Senior Living. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and leadership of resident care in our assisted living and memory care communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership
    • Provide strategic direction and guidance to Health Services Directors and nursing personnel
    • Develop and implement effective organizational and time management skills
    • Maintain current knowledge of the senior living industry, state and local regulations, and best practices
    • Ensure adherence to organizational policy and procedures
  • Quality Improvement
    • Develop and implement quality improvement systems and procedures to achieve deficiency-free surveys and meet company standards
    • Conduct compliance surveys and assist in coordinating action plans to minimize liability and risks
    • Participate in State and Federal surveys and compliance investigations
    • Support and follow up with communities to identify trends and assist in developing corrective action plans
  • Sales/Marketing
    • Collaborate with Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to support sales and marketing plans and community strategies
  • Financial
    • Assist Regional team and community in achieving net operating income (NOI) margins through monitoring staffing, supply cost, agency cost, etc.
    • Monitor health services performance regarding established budgets and proactively implement changes to ensure positive financial results
  • Human Resources/Employee Development
    • Assist Administrator in the recruitment, interview, orientation, and retention of Health Services Directors in the community
    • Ensure Health Services Directors develop skills in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, developing, and retaining health services employees
    • Together with the regional team, ensure the community provides effective orientations, ongoing training, employee development, team building, and conflict resolution
Requirements
  • Minimum one (2) years' management experience in senior living or related health programs
  • At least 1 year of multi-site management experience
  • Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including a background in EHR management
  • Subject to a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Holds current unencumbered license in the state the employee resides in as a Registered Nurse. BSN preferred
