We're a high-growth business looking for a talented Brand Partnerships Executive to join our sales team serving small to medium-sized businesses and larger enterprises in New York. As a Brand Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of outbound sourced leads focused on your market territory, from samples drop off through to order placed. You will support these opportunities through to a completed sale, thereby achieving your monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of outbound sourced leads focused on your market territory, from samples drop off through to order placed to achieve your targets.
  • Communicate with customers via a mixture of in-person meetings and phone/email/video to understand their needs.
  • Continuously learn about new products that we release to effectively communicate the attributes and benefits to customers.
  • Create quotes and proposals to send to prospective customers.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with assigned and key existing customers within territory to ensure they keep buying on repeat and increase their programs as needed.
  • Manage day-to-day conversations, tasks, and follow-ups to efficiently close business.
  • Keep the CRM up to date.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience in mid-market and enterprise sales, as an account executive or other sales-focused role in a B2B environment.
  • You're an accomplished sales achiever who is consistently ranked in the top 20% of your peer group.
  • Experience in working cross-functionally with other teams.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience in a high-growth business.
  • A self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in the food industry and packaging industry or manufacturing and logistics.
