Position Overview:

X's Global Content Partnerships division is seeking a dynamic and innovative Sports Partnership Executive. This role is essential in crafting strategies and best practices within the broadcast and media sectors, driving new revenue opportunities and securing top-tier content for X.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute the Sports partnership strategy for X, emphasizing the monetization of key events and activation plans.
  • Oversee daily interactions with Sports content partners, including sports organizations, media outlets, and individual teams.
  • Create comprehensive cross-platform sponsorship packages for advertisers in collaboration with X's content partners to enhance content monetization.
  • Develop pioneering media solutions for both major events and daily content, ensuring significant reach and additional revenue for partners.
  • Advocate for X partners internally, offering insights on product and business processes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to pitch and nurture ongoing relationships with brands.
  • Work collaboratively across various teams to optimize partners' engagement with X, including product, engineering, legal, marketing, communications, finance, and brand strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of client-facing experience in media, content, or sales partnerships, particularly in the Sports sector.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a strong operational focus and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in articulating complex concepts and processes to partners at all management levels.
  • Proven track record in sponsorship development and partner management.
  • Familiarity with X's promoted products and overall advertising framework.
  • Successful experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Adept at building relationships at all organizational levels, both externally and internally.
  • In-depth knowledge of the evolving media sales landscape and a demonstrated ability to generate revenue through media partnerships.
