About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in New York. As a Brand Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of outbound sourced leads focused on your market territory, from samples drop off through to order placed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase their programs as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via in-person meetings, phone, email, and video to understand their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and effectively communicate their attributes and benefits to customers.
  • Manage day-to-day conversations, tasks, and follow-ups to efficiently close business.
  • Keep the CRM up to date.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in Mid-market & Enterprise Sales, as an Account Executive or other sales-focused role in a B2B environment.
  • Accomplished sales achiever who is consistently ranked in the top 20% of their peer group.
  • Experience in working cross-functionally with other teams.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience in a high-growth business.
  • Self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Bonus: Food industry and packaging industry or manufacturing, logistics experience.
