JOB DESCRIPTION FOX Sports is seeking a dynamic and creative Coordinator to join the Sports Brand Partnerships team within the Ad Sales department.
As Coordinator, Sports Brand Partnerships you will support the development and implementation of brand partnerships across FOX Sports properties to achieve revenue goals.
While this role primarily focuses on FOX's coverage of the NFL, the Coordinator will also be heavily involved in USFL, WWE, and the Belmont Stakes.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to play a pivotal role in executing and managing our integrated marketing partnerships across our FOX NFL platform, inclusive of our extensive pre-game shows, exclusive game broadcasts, and all our @NFLonFOX digital platforms.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Day-to-day support for Sports Brand Partnerships team, focusing on FOX's NFL, USFL, WWE, and Belmont Stakes partnerships.
Assist in work on client presentations, RFP responses, linear and digital production workflow and marketing sponsorship trackers.Develop best-in-class sales presentations, materials and collateral based on capabilities, research, and consumer insights.
Work seamlessly across sales, league contacts, research, talent relations, programming, graphics and production teams to obtain assets, execute brand integrations and create consistent workflows across departments.
Participate and lead team brainstorms both proactively and in response to RFPs on custom branded content opportunities based upon specific client objectives.
Establish consistent communication with account executives, managers and associates throughout Ad Sales organization.Organize, track, and monitor FOX Sports' sponsorship executions and competitive elements across FOX NFL.
Additionally, focusing weekly efforts throughout NFL season on competitive sponsor tracking across ESPN, CBS,NBC, and Amazon.
Support the development of client presentations as well as sports/client recap materials following completion of partnerships and/or season.
Be a student of the business by developing a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, monitoring industry trends, and maintaining a keen awareness of the shifting sports media ecosystem.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED 0-2 years of media, partnerships and/or branded content experience Must be a self-starter with a creative spirit Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all FOX Ad Sales teams Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure sales environment Proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Foundational understanding of brand content and production management space Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships within organization across Sales, Production, Digital Content, Marketing, PR, Research and other teams to have full knowledge of potential sales opportunities and ensure positive outcomes for FOX Sports partnerships Understanding of branded content landscape and media sales process, including digital and social An ability to showcase unique creativity& initiative when ideating on brand campaigns Excellent communication skills with an ability to convert information into a relevant story and visual presentation through PowerPoint& Photoshop Must have a passion for sports We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is:
$23.
56-26.
45 per hour for New York City and Westchester County, NY.
This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.Recommended
