About the Role:
The Arena Group is on the lookout for a meticulous and collaborative Brand Partnerships & Client Solutions Coordinator. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to design unique opportunities that align with the objectives of both Arena Brands and our advertising partners. Salary Range: The expected annual base salary for this position is between $60,000 and $75,000 USD. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as location, education, and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative cross-platform solutions for advertising partners across The Arena Group's diverse portfolio.
- Create client-facing presentations that highlight unique brand initiatives and multi-platform opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with Editorial, Account Management, and other internal teams to craft tailored proposals and meeting materials.
- Utilize research tools to build audience insights.
- Assist Account Management in constructing client media plans that complement proposal concepts.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Editorial, Account Management, and Ad Operations to ensure the smooth execution of sold programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, particularly in digital and social media.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
- A collaborative spirit and effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with both syndicated and custom research tools, including ComScore and Google Analytics.
