Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Brand Partnerships Director and the broader team, including Creative Strategy and Project Management, to drive revenue growth through innovative brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge and nurture relationships with key clients within your designated territory, including both agencies and direct clients, while collaborating with the Brand Partnerships team.
  • Strategically develop a robust pipeline of potential clients through creative outreach.
  • Craft comprehensive and ambitious client briefs.
  • Work alongside internal teams to create compelling proposals and execute successful campaigns.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Organize engaging client entertainment activities.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Continuously collaborate with internal departments to enhance and promote our Brand Partnerships offerings.
  • Analyze trends in entertainment, experiences, and social media, effectively communicating insights to clients.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in a sales or partnerships role, preferably within the publishing or experiential sales sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills for delivering proposals and managing client interactions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and independently solve problems.
  • Creative thinking capabilities and proficiency in making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in creating presentations and written pitch materials.

Preferred Skills:

  • A strong network of direct client and/or agency contacts, particularly within major media agencies.
  • Experience in brand partnerships and/or experiential marketing.
