Role Summary:

The Arena Group is in search of a detail-oriented and collaborative Brand Partnerships & Client Solutions Coordinator. This role requires a creative individual who can utilize both creativity and analytical skills to develop unique opportunities that align with the goals of both Arena Brands and our advertising partners. Salary Range: The expected annual base salary for this position is between $60,000 and $75,000 USD. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as location, education, and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative cross-platform solutions for advertising partners across The Arena Group's diverse portfolio.
  • Develop engaging client-facing materials that highlight unique brand initiatives and multi-platform opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Editorial, Account Management, and other internal teams to craft custom proposals and meeting materials.
  • Utilize research tools to build audience insights.
  • Work alongside Account Management to create media plans that complement proposal concepts.
  • Partner with Project Management, Editorial, Account Management, and Ad Operations to ensure smooth execution of sold programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, particularly in digital and social media.
  • A creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong collaborative skills and effective communication.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with research tools such as ComScore, Google Analytics, and MRI/Simmons.
