Job Summary

The Estee Lauder Companies is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Global Brand Equity and Partnerships efforts. This role will oversee the development and implementation of strategies to elevate our brand equity and drive internal and external awareness of our strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global brand equity strategies that align with company objectives
  • Lead the development of partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders, including celebrities, influencers, and social impact organizations
  • Manage and oversee the budget for brand partnerships and talent agreements
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and provide expert insights to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including celebrities, talent agencies, and press
  • Develop and implement earned media, cultural relevance, and engagement strategies through product placement, product seeding, and other relationship-building activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and inclusion of brand equity/values in all marketing efforts
  • Represent the brand at key industry events and manage senior executive activity at events
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar environment, with a strong understanding of brand advocacy and global strategies
  • Strategic and creative mindset, with the ability to create strong and persuasive strategic plans and programs
  • Highly developed relationship-building skills, with the ability to positively represent the brand to different stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to inspire colleagues around brand values
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
What We Offer

The Estee Lauder Companies offers a competitive salary range of $149,500 to $257,000, as well as a highly competitive bonus program and participation in the share incentive plan.
