Key Responsibilities

Strategically expand existing client accounts and cultivate new business within a designated region.

Organize and prioritize travel and scheduling to optimize territory coverage, with up to 80% travel required.

Deliver engaging presentations to potential Fabricators, Architects, and Engineers.

Act as a representative at industry trade shows.

Conduct outreach to prospective clients to enhance sales within the assigned region.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

3-5 years of sales experience in the commercial or residential building products sector is essential.

Willingness to visit client sites at manufacturing facilities and adapt to a production environment.

Fundamental knowledge of building construction and processes.

Strong communication skills to effectively engage with engineers, architects, and other key stakeholders in the construction field.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales of building products is highly desirable.

Familiarity with cold-formed steel is advantageous.

Expertise in truss and wall panel systems is preferred.

Sales experience in both established and emerging markets is a plus.

Proficiency in AutoCAD software is an added benefit.
