Position Overview:

We invite you to join Swooped as a Sales Engineering Executive, where you will be instrumental in driving the success of our state-of-the-art AI solutions.

In this role, you will lead technical interactions with clients, working collaboratively to ensure smooth integration and adoption of our AI products.


Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients, comprehending their distinct needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to gain a thorough understanding of client requirements.
• Oversee the effective implementation and integration of AI solutions within client environments.
• Partner with technical teams to address and resolve any technical issues encountered by clients.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and the product team, offering valuable insights on product enhancements based on client experiences.

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to provide strategic technical guidance.
• Act as a subject matter expert in AI and machine learning, both internally and externally.
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to drive initiatives that ensure clients derive maximum value from our AI products.
• Develop and implement strategies to assess and enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Leverage experience from a rapidly growing organization to excel in dynamic environments and promote scalability.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align customer engineering efforts with overarching business objectives.
• Work with product management to prioritize features and enhancements based on client needs.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering).
• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical leadership position, ideally in AI or related technologies.
• Strong grasp of AI and machine learning concepts, with the capability to convey complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the fintech or banking sector is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in technical customer engagement and collaboration.
• Background in a fast-growing organization.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation:
Compensation is anticipated to be between $170,000 - $210,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
