Job Description

As a key member of the Northwest Biofuel team, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with scheduling customers for service, answering incoming calls, and building daily routes for multiple drivers.

This role entails customer account management of existing accounts, including accounts receivable follow-up. Effective communication is crucial in this customer-facing position, where you will interact with employees and customers via phone and email.

Key requirements include proficiency in using computers, tablets, and phones, specifically Apple devices and Numbers software. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and responsibilities.

We require a strong understanding of the Portland Metro area and excellent professional communication skills. Attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities are essential for success in this role.
