We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Portland area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our agents and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of creating and implementing effective systems and procedures. A background in real estate is not required, but a willingness to obtain a real estate license upon hiring is essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining database management systems, screening and directing phone calls, handling requests and queries, scheduling meetings and appointments, producing reports, presentations, and briefs, and managing transaction timelines.

The compensation package includes a salary range of $50,000-$60,000 based on experience, paid time off, and growth potential.
