Job Description
This Part-Time Administrative Assistant role involves providing administrative support to our team in Portland, OR. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring budget information, submitting POs and PRs as needed
- Maintaining uniform accounts, ordering uniforms, and monitoring credit limits
- Supporting associates with administrative tasks, including payroll discrepancies and shift changes
- Coordinating medical leave status and maintaining confidentiality
- Monitoring payroll systems and ensuring accuracy
- Assisting with onboarding new hires and coordinating orientation
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in administration or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
