Job Overview
As an Administrative Operations Coordinator with Dynalectric Oregon, you will play a critical role in supporting the Contracts Department. This position involves tracking and monitoring contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements, and maintaining organized records of contracts, subcontracts, and related documents.

This is an office-based position, working Monday through Friday during normal business hours. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as outstanding communication and customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage contracts and change orders, collaborating with the Contracts Director and Specialist to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Administer contracts and change orders, logging details in SmartSheets and revising terms as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, subcontracts, and related insurance documents.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two to four years of experience as a Contracts Administrator, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with Contract and Liability Insurance standards.
