Elite Electric is currently hiring an Accounting and Administration Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

Job Description
  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and statements.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.

The Accounting and Administration Coordinator will also be responsible for performing bank reconciliations, monitoring cash flow, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word).
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
