Job Description

As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will provide daily support to the Senior Operations team, including schedule and calendar upkeep, office operations schedule maintenance, preparing DOs and VPs for specialized meetings and industry functions, attending high-level meetings, taking notes, and relaying information. You will also field general inquiries, redirect to the DO, manage email archives, and special projects such as travel arrangements and document proofing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with strong verbal/written communication skills, phone etiquette, computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Access, and PowerPoint or similar programs), and internet proficiency. Prioritize, organize, motivate staff, problem-solve, delegate, follow-up, communicate, and diffuse possible volatile situations with tact. Ability to multi-task daily, be organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, forecast issues, and handle last-minute projects to meet deadlines. Proficient typing skills required (ability to type 30 wpm). 1+ years administrative experience required. High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
