About the Role

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Quality Harvest Foods. This role will play a critical part in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with GMI to manage truck load availabilities and ensure timely shipments.
  • Maintain production schedules and ensure order fulfillment with the VP of Operations.
  • Process incoming POs by entering them into BME and confirming them with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining close communication with customers and addressing inquiries.
  • Schedule inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate trucking arrangements.
  • Analyze reports for sales, inventory, and production trends to monitor customer ordering patterns.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
