Job Overview

TriCom Quest seeks a career-minded Regional Account Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to develop sales objectives and market penetration strategies.   • $65K-$75K per year base salary
  • Up to 50% travel required
  • Tri-state area or Massachusetts location

Key Responsibilities

The Regional Account Manager will work with executive management to:

  • Establish new business relationships and grow existing customer accounts
  • Attend tradeshows, channel partner exhibits, seminars, and trade association events
  • Prospect and secure projects with engineers, designers, industrial equipment fabricators, distributors, and OEMs
  • Continuously research industry and competitive environment
  • Internal reporting and presentation: market analysis, sales figures, and project updates

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of professional sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Working proficiency in MS Office Suites and CRM or other enterprise data systems
