Sales Account Manager

Job Overview
TriCom Quest seeks a career-minded Regional Account Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to develop sales objectives and market penetration strategies. This direct hire position offers stability and growth, along with excellent benefits, including 100% medical coverage, dental, vision, 401K with matching, and additional commission and bonus incentives.
- $65K-$75K per year base salary
- Up to 50% travel required
- Tri-state area or Massachusetts location
Key Responsibilities
The Regional Account Manager will work with executive management to:
- Establish new business relationships and grow existing customer accounts
- Attend tradeshows, channel partner exhibits, seminars, and trade association events
- Prospect and secure projects with engineers, designers, industrial equipment fabricators, distributors, and OEMs
- Continuously research industry and competitive environment
- Internal reporting and presentation: market analysis, sales figures, and project updates
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of professional sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
- Working proficiency in MS Office Suites and CRM or other enterprise data systems
