About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Universal Energy Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses, identifying opportunities to reduce their energy costs.

This is a 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential and a guaranteed residual income on renewals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key responsibilities include conducting face-to-face meetings with business owners to assess energy needs and propose customized cost-saving solutions. Additionally, you will work independently to create, manage, and close sales pipelines, demonstrating reliability and initiative.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, with a bonus structure that rewards your success.
